I'm Available to serve ALL types of legal documents (residence and business addresses). I will be monitoring “hot spots” in our tri-county territory and may choose not to enter or serve in those zones. I will be utilizing social distancing practices in every department, so there may be some locations that cannot be accessed due to those limitations. If I encounter these types of entities/locations, I will promptly notify you so that other alternatives for order completion can be addressed.
Monterey Superior Court (this is an e-filing court) ~ All locations are still closed to the public in regards to obtaining copies from case files. The court is accepting courtesy copies and copy requests via the drop box. The court is 4~5 weeks behind in processing copy requests. Santa Cruz Superior Court (this is an e-filing court) ~ All locations are open for limited service hours from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. The court is accepting copy requests but they are currently 6~8 weeks behind in processing requests. This court does not accept courtesy copies. San Benito Superior Court (this is not an e-filing court) ~ This court is closed to the public but is accepting filings and copy requests via drop box. The filing windows will remain closed until June 15, 2020. More information can be found on the court’s website.

Helpful Information
- If known, please provide us with a physical description (including approximate age) of the person to be served, especially in cases where there is a “junior” and “senior” living at the same address.
- If the subject is known to be violent, please include this information and the details for us.
- If known, provide the name of the business where we are attempting service and the hours defendant might be found there.
- Always include at least one copy of documents for each defendant to be served.
- If we are serving an agent on behalf of a company, please specify in your instructions which company is being served.
FIELD INSPECTIONS:
Allow us to visit your customer in person and politely communicate your concerns and make inquiries. I can deliver /pickup your documentation, take pictures and collect information
MESSENGER SERVICE:
We can deliver small packages, documents Office to Office and Door to door. We recommend you calling, emailing the day before to schedule pickup
COURT RESEARCH:
We can Research case files and obtain copies for you, record documents. We can help you E-File through out the state where accepted and offer counter service where its not.
STAKE-OUT/ SIT AND WAIT SERVICE:
This Service is for hard to catch people, people that don't want to be served, people who are evading service. In our Regular Process Serving Service it includes sitting 10 minutes before or after going to the door. Otherwise if you want us to wait till a person or persons walk out, this would be a 2 hour minimum Service.

I can meet with the Sheriff and Locksmith when landlords are unable to on lockout date. I'm there when sheriff turns over property and I'm there to make sure locks are changed and receive new keys. (LOCKSMITH WILL BE LANDLORDS RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE).
